Our Commitment

We are dedicated to creating a positive, uplifting, safe, and inclusive environment where women can grow their skills, enjoy meaningful friendships, and build confidence both on and off the court. To protect this mission and ensure an exceptional experience for all members, we ask every GBP member to uphold the following Code of Conduct.

code of conduct

1. Practice Respect at All Times

• Treat fellow players, coaches, volunteers, and court staff with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Celebrate one another’s progress. Avoid negative comments, belittling, or discouraging behavior.
• Honor differences in age, ability, background, and personality—because everyone is welcome here.

2. Support a Positive Playing Environment

• Encourage partners and opponents; no shaming, blaming, or criticizing.
• Maintain good sportsmanship: fair play, honest line calls, and graciousness in wins and losses.
• Handle disagreements calmly and respectfully.

3. Commit to Personal Growth

• Show up ready to learn, try, practice, and improve.
• Step into clinics, leagues, and events with an open mind and willingness to grow.
• Receive coaching and feedback professionally and with a growth-mindset attitude.

4. Create a Safe & Inclusive Community

• Use language and behavior that is supportive and empowering.

• Contribute to the joy, sisterhood, and uplifting culture that makes GBP special.

7. Uphold DUPR & Skill-Level Integrity

• Sign up for events that match your skill level.
• Represent your level honestly in DUPR, clinics, leagues, and matches.
• Support other members in their improvement journey.

8. Keep Communication Respectful & Constructive
